KiddiVouchers

 

KiddiVouchers are an easy way for working parents to save on the cost of childcare.

 In October 2018 the Government closed Childcare Voucher schemes to new joiners in favour of Tax-Free Childcare.

However, existing IPRS Health scheme members can continue to enjoy the savings that Childcare Vouchers provide.

 

 

EAP

From time to time everyone needs a helping hand and our independent and confidential Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), provided by LifeWorks, is always there to support you whenever you need them.

LifeWorks provide advice and guidance on a range of work related and personal issues. Their experienced advisors can guide you on your legal, financial, health and well-being needs. 

This completely free 24/7 service has a dedicated phone line, App and website allowing you to reach LifeWorks when you need them.

When you join us we'll give you registration details to access the LifeWorks online portal which has many helpful online articles and access to their support telephone line.

Health Cash Plan

Pension Scheme

To help you save money for your retirement, we have a workplace pension scheme through Scottish Widows

You will automatically be enrolled into the scheme if you meet the following criteria:

  • earn over £10,000 a year
  • are aged 22 or over
  • are under State Pension age.

The scheme, provided by Scottish Widows, will help you to build a pension fund providing you with an income when you retire.

The minimum monthly contribution is 5% which includes a 2% contribution from IPRS Health.

You also have the opportunity to pay more into the scheme if you wish to.

Your pension scheme pack will be sent directly to you from Scottish Widows within the first few weeks of starting with us.
