Purchase up to one weeks additional annual leave in our January application window.

The cost will be deducted from your monthly salary over the remainder of the year.

Moving day

 

Moving house is really exciting and can take up a lot of your time, therefore to help you we are excited to offer you one additional days leave for when you move home.

This benefit was introduced across the IPRS Group following a suggestion from a member of staff through our staff suggestion scheme.

Many colleagues are already benefitting from this additional day off.

Birthday

 

Your contributions make a real difference and we want to reward you for all your hard work.

When you receive a 1-rating within your annual review (we call this your PRDP) we will give you an additional days leave on or around your next birthday.

Study leave

We believe in you and your development, so to help you on your way we'll  support you with time off to study, as long as the course is relevant to your role; this could include

  • Microsoft course
  • Business Admin NVQ
  • Professional qualification to improve your skill and knowledge in your particular field

Our support could include:

  • Day release for professional qualifications
  • NVQ support through external assessor
  • Offsite Microsoft training
